A multi-use building located on a prime corner in Bentonville’s Arts District.

This project blended the architect’s traditional flavor of design with industrial. The apartments feature oversized paned glass windows. The exterior siding is a mixture of brick and corrugate metal.
The apartment with optional connection to the corner office space has a modern, metal railed balcony. This detail adds more character to the main facade of the building, and allows the building to interact with the intersection more.
Construction was completed in 2017. Plans included attention to water drainage, use of city alleys and right of ways, and installing easy to maintain landscaping. Wider, more walkable sidewalks were installed with ADA ramps at the corner of SW B and SW 5th Streets.
SW B Street is located on the edge of downtown Bentonville’s Arts District, and just one street over from SW A Street, a major artery connecting the Bentonville Square to Highway 71 and 412. This building is located adjacent to the Bentonville trail system, pedestrians and cyclists use these particular trails to get from the Walmart Home Office to the downtown Square, and back.
