Architect: Robert Sharp Architects
Interior Design: Corrie Rusch
Residential: 12 Dwellings, 1358 SqFt
6 for sale units, 6 for lease units
These three-story dwellings took on a traditional/colonial architectural design, with a bright and fresh interior. Additional windows were placed in the corner unit located at SW 4th and SW B Streets. This gave that street level room the opportunity to be used as a commercial space if desired.
This project was done in two phases, the first of which was complete in 2018, the second in Summer of 2019.
These townhouses replaced two single family ranch homes that were several decades old and in less than ideal condition. Bentonville Arts District code allowed for a smaller setback from the street, and the creation of a wider, walkable sidewalk and parallel parking spots.
Located in Bentonville’s Arts District, this project is around the corner from Skylight Cinema and First National Bank. Within two blocks there are a variety of offices, shops, pubs, and restaurants. The Walmart Home Office is located a ten-minute walk away.
