Architect: Classic American Home, Burris Architecture
Interior Design: Corrie Rusch
Residential: Phase 1: 9 Townhomes; Phase 2: 17 apartments, 2 mixed-use spaces
This project encompassed several lots on SW 7th and SW B Streets. There are two different types of rental units on the property, townhouse style, and an apartment building with “flats”.
The Village was completed in two phases. Phase 1 consisted of the Townhouse style units designed by Classic American Home, and was completed in 2018.
Phase 2, the modern-styled apartment building designed by Dave Burris, broke ground in December 2018 with an anticipated completion date by the end of 2019. This building has over 2000 square feet of commercial space available for rent on the street level.
The location of these buildings helps connect pedestrian traffic from SW A Street to the residential neighborhood located southwest of the Bentonville Square. The buildings are taller (three-stories) but balanced against three single family homes on the west side of the street at similar heights.
Located in Bentonville’s Arts District, and near a variety of offices, shops, pubs, and restaurants. The Walmart Home Office and Thaden School are located a ten-minute walk away.
