Nine unit townhome development

The Orchard Townhomes feature a live/work style layout across nine units. Located on between SE B Street and SE C Street, this project is right in the heart and excitement of Northwest Arkansas. The site is immediately adjacent to a branch of the Razorback Greenway. Drawing inspiration from local motifs and materials, we developed a unique interpretation of the Ozark residential vernacular. Porches orient and alternate to accommodate specific view scenarios and enhance privacy. Project completed in partnership with Walkingstick LLC
